Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee various projects in the commercial restaurant construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Oversee change orders and ensure they are documented and approved in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Procore software for project management tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address any potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial construction or restaurant industry.
  • Proven experience managing change orders and navigating complex project requirements.
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
