Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and execute large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy civil, industrial, highway, bridge, mining, and railway projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in heavy civil and industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
