Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Steel Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in steel project management and estimating. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of steel fabrication and erection projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for potential projects.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management/ estimating
Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes
Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools
