Project Manager

We're currently a leader in the state and on a growth path for 2025. Our team is looking to identify a skillful Project Manager with commercial experience, people skills and keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while identifying and mitigating risks.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress and challenges.
Review and approve project drawings and submittals, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Lead meetings with project teams and clients to discuss project status and resolve issues.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
