Position Overview
The Rebar Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling rebar and related products to contractors, engineers, and construction companies. This role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing solutions that contribute to successful construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and construction companies.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the rebar sector.
Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding rebar and reinforced concrete design.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or steel industry.
Strong knowledge of rebar, reinforced concrete design, and related products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with civil planning, layouts, and construction processes.
