My name is Dylan Rogelstad and I was born and raised in San Ramon, CA. I grew up highly successful in sports (baseball, soccer and wrestling). I attended San Jose State University where I became a very results driven individual with the unique ability to professionally network with other technical/business professionals. I also had a passion for all things tech related (mobile development, consumer electronics and web usability. I therefore turned to a career in Technical Recruiting where I was able to take pride in listening to exactly what my clients are looking for while absorbing more technical information in order to be called "technical"- but not enough to rewrite your product. This has allowed me to establish long lasting relationships with my clients and candidates. Throughout my career I have worked with very specialized, niche firms that have an expertise in sourcing hard-to-find skill sets and placing premier talent on a nationwide basis.
