We are a full-service CPA firm based in Vancouver, WA. We have offices along the west coast, and and just opened up our practice focusing on construction and real estate among other verticals in Vancouver and Portland in the last 5 years. We handle everything from Tax, Audit, and Accounting services for different clients in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, Construction, Real Estate, and HNW.

** We are also hiring for Senior Audit Manager**

What You Will Be Doing

- Planning and reviewing the auditing activities
- Analyze risks and develop measures to reduce them
- Manage the auditor team, allocating responsibilities and reviewing the teams performance
- Ensuring the timely completion of audits
- Managing periodical audits
- Preparing reports to auditing manager
- Optimizing the audit process to increase compliance and efficiency

What You Need for this Position

- Have 6+ years experience working in audit/assurance, PREFERABLY 1+ years as a manager
- Have profound knowledge of auditing and control requirements and practices
- CPA is REQUIRED
- Experience with Employee Benefit Plans and/or Non-Profit groups is a plus
- Any experience with auto dealerships is a plus
