Revit Specialist - Structural
Location: Nashville, TN
Salary: $60K-$90K (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Revit Specialist - Structural to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed structural models and drawings using Revit software, ensuring that all designs are compliant with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage structural Revit models for various projects.
Produce accurate and detailed construction documents and drawings.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure design integrity and project alignment.
Provide support in the BIM implementation and management processes.
Review and incorporate design changes while maintaining project schedules and budgets.
Assist in the preparation of design and construction documents for submission to clients and regulatory agencies.
Conduct quality control checks on drawings and models to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven Revit experience, with a strong understanding of structural modeling.
Experience in AutoCAD and familiarity with BIM processes.
Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
Knowledge of building codes and standards related to structural design.
Experience in drafting and design for commercial and residential projects
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
