Position Overview
The Roofing Crew Leader will oversee roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role involves managing a team of roofers, coordinating project tasks, and ensuring timely completion of commercial roofing assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of roofing professionals to ensure project goals are met.
Coordinate and schedule roofing projects, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
Implement and enforce site safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular inspections of work performed, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Provide training and mentorship to team members on roofing techniques and safety procedures.

Qualifications
