Senior Designer - Architecture | Multi-Family

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead architectural projects in the multi-family and mixed-use sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility and technical expertise, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of multi-family and mixed-use projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
Utilize BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD software to create detailed architectural designs and documentation.
Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards throughout the design process.
Mentor and guide junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
Participate in client presentations and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, particularly in multi-family and mixed-use projects.
Proficient in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction processes.
NCARB certification and AIA membership preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
