Their portfolio includes luxury condominiums, affordable housing, senior living facilities, and public institutions.

The Senior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating innovative design solutions, and overseeing the design process from conception to completion.

Qualifications

5+ years of architectural experience
Architect license is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is preferred
Revit and/or AutoCAD
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality design and architectural drawings

Responsibilities:

Communicate with team, clients and consultant/contractor representatives effectively
Proficiency with required computer software (Revit, Autocad, Photoshop)
Assist Project Manager and collaborate with Project Architect in coordinating necessary tasks for a variety of projects
Ensure accuracy and completion of all project related assignments
Prepare and produce design and construction documents, including enlarged millwork details
Translate design concepts into floor and furniture plans, building assemblies and material/product specifications
Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methods
Complete research as needed
