We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Construction Estimator to lead our estimating team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical construction, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with project estimates.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labor costs.
Prepare detailed bid proposals and presentations for clients.
Lead and mentor junior estimators, providing guidance and support as needed.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction estimating with project valued at 25M+
Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Trimble, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Excel).
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction methods, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
