Senior SAP BASIS Services Specialist

Position Overview
As an Enterprise IT Technology Cloud Operations Specialist you'll ensure availability of our Enterprise Cloud Systems for our most critical accounts.

Interface directly with clients as the face of our global organization to respond to client OS, Database and Applications, Operations, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, act as an escalation point and identify opportunities for automation, ensuring robust outage response.

Key Responsibilities

Support Operations: Reduce outages, minimize operational efforts, enhance customer satisfaction
Product Interface: bridge product support and engineering for SAP and non-SAP solutions
Project Management: lead projects, such as, tool integration, Admin access Management, Release Strategy Guidance
Technical Support: provide hands-on assistance in complex and escalated cases

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8-10+ years of SAP NetWeaver Engineering Support at Enterprise level
Strong knowledge of HANA and ABAP Platform
Linux and Windows OS
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis
Familiarity with IT operations and IT support best practices
