Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to provide exceptional support and service for our medical devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our equipment, working closely with customers to resolve issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of medical devices at customer locations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronics assembly and wiring schematics
Configure systems to meet client specifications and operational requirements
Utilize test equipment and multi-meters to conduct diagnostics and repairs
Provide remote diagnostics support to customers using VPN and other tools
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and improve service processes
Deliver training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of equipment

Qualifications

Experience in installing, servicing medical devices or equipment
Proficiency in electronics assembly at sub-system level (FRU) and understanding of wiring schematics
Strong troubleshooting skills, field triage and support
Knowledge of systems configuration and remote diagnostics tools, networks, IP addresses, systems configuration, GUIs and VPNs
Familiarity with customer service best practices and maintaining customer relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with GUIs
Experience in medical/clinical facilities preferred
Experience with multi-meters, test equipment for troubleshooting
Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
