We are looking for a motivated individual to join our commercial construction team. Founded in 1983, we are a large construction firm that works on multifamily, large commercial, healthcare, and public projects. - Commercial and medical builds
- Scheduling, ordering materials, etc.
- Overseeing site day-to-day
- Maintain site-specific quality control and safety plans
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, city officials, etc.
- 3+ Years as an Assistant Superintendent
- 3+ years in Commercial Construction
- Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
- 401k matching
- Annual Bonuses
- 2 weeks PTO first year, more to be accrued
- Medical/ Dental/ Vision
