About Us

We are a Top 40 firm seeking a Tax Manager with deep experience working with high net worth individuals. This role involves overseeing tax compliance, estate planning, and wealth management services to ensure our clients receive the highest standard of advisory services. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing/consumer goods experience and focus on providing strategic tax planning and maintain strong client relationships while navigating complex IRS regulations.

What You'll Do

Manage the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns for high net worth individuals and their related entities.
Provide estate planning and trust administration services to high net worth clients.
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' tax liabilities and enhance wealth.
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored wealth management solutions.
Conduct tax research and stay updated on IRS regulations to provide accurate advice and strategies.
Assist in financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals.
Strong knowledge of estate planning, trusts, and wealth management.
Experience with tax research and familiarity with IRS regulations.
Proficient in financial reporting and accounting principles.
Excellent client relationship management and advisory skills.
