Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth clients, as well as experience with trusts, estates, and pass-through entities. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships, and pass-through entities.
Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and enhance financial outcomes for clients.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on client situations.
Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
Participate in business development efforts to grow the firms client base.
Qualifications:
Active CPA license is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably within a CPA firm.
Expertise in high-net-worth tax issues, trust and estate taxation, and partnership taxation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex tax problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
