We are actively looking to add an experienced Trust & Estate Tax Manager to our growing team.

Tax Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee our tax department and ensure compliance with all tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and experience in trust and estate taxation, providing expert guidance to our clients and helping to optimize their tax strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, trusts, and estates.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize client tax liabilities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations affecting clients in trust and estate matters.
Provide support and guidance to junior staff members and assist in their professional development.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex tax concepts and provide strategic advice.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
5+ years of experience in tax management, with a focus on public accounting and trust/estate taxation.
Strong knowledge of tax compliance and planning strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
