The Recruiting & HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the efficient recruitment and hiring processes. This position involves coordinating various HR functions, assisting in the recruitment of top talent, and monitoring employee integration into the organization.

After converting to a permanent employee, the individual would be eligible for a discretionary bonus based individual and firm performance.
Permanent employees are eligible for benefits date of hire, including medical, dental, vision, pre-tax commuter benefits, Health Spending Account, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA, Bright Horizon's back-up childcare and elder care, Gympass, firm covered life insurance, parental leave, STD, LTD and other supplemental benefits. After one month of service, employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan through Vanguard. New hires are auto enrolled at 3% pre-tax employee contribution and are eligible for a 3% Safe Harbor firm contribution towards their 401(k) based on total comp (base salary and bonus) in March of the following year even if they decide not to contribute to the plan.
Finally, the firm observes 10 holidays and grants employees 5 sick days, 3 floating holidays and 10 paid vacation days (prorated first year).
